Roasted Cabbage Steaks
- 1/2 large head green cabbage
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Smothered Burgers with Tomato Gravy
- Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add flour, and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Stir in tomatoes and broth; cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in Worcestershire.
- Add patties to tomato mixture; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
Roasted Cabbage Steaks
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut cabbage crosswise into ¾-inch-thick slabs.
- Coat both sides of cabbage with cooking spray; arrange on a large rimmed baking sheet, and sprinkle with parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
