This Halloween inspired burger swiftly checks off the boxes for festiveness and tastiness. Our spooky-inspired Jack O’Burger recipe features our famous Schweid & Sons CAB Butcher’s Blend and adds all of your fall favorites, from maple pumpkin jam to pumpkin puree to maple syrup, and more!

Ingredients
- 1 patty Schweid & Sons CAB Butcher's Blend
- 1 Maple Pumpkin Jam
- 1 Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Maple Syrup
- 1 Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Ground Nutmeg
- 1 Ground Ginger
- 1 White Sugar
- 2 slices Bourbon Glazed Bacon bacon with bourbon and brown sugar
- 1 Goat Cheese

Instructions
- Create the Maple Pumpkin Jam by combining: Pumpkin puree, Maple syrup, Ground cinnamon, Ground nutmeg, Ground Ginger, and White sugar
- Combine and cook down for 10-15 minutes, cool and serve. Create the Bourbon Glazed Bacon. Take a piece of thick-cut bacon, add Bourbon and Brown sugar
- Brush bacon with bourbon and top with brown sugar, bake till the desired temp
- Create the Fried Sage Goat Cheese: take Goat cheese add Sage. Fry whole sage leaves in olive oil for 30-45 seconds, Rough chop and mix into goat cheese
- Cook Schweid & Sons CAB Burger blend. Cook burger few minutes each side. When flipped, add goat cheese to start melting
- Bottom bun, add arugula. Then add burger with fried sage goat cheese, lay the bacon on top, add top bun, and finish with maple pumpkin jam
