Instructions
  1. Create the Maple Pumpkin Jam by combining: Pumpkin puree, Maple syrup, Ground cinnamon, Ground nutmeg, Ground Ginger, and White sugar
  2. Combine and cook down for 10-15 minutes, cool and serve. Create the Bourbon Glazed Bacon. Take a piece of thick-cut bacon, add Bourbon and Brown sugar
  3. Brush bacon with bourbon and top with brown sugar, bake till the desired temp
  4. Create the Fried Sage Goat Cheese: take Goat cheese add Sage. Fry whole sage leaves in olive oil for 30-45 seconds, Rough chop and mix into goat cheese
  5. Cook Schweid & Sons CAB Burger blend. Cook burger few minutes each side. When flipped, add goat cheese to start melting
  6. Bottom bun, add arugula. Then add burger with fried sage goat cheese, lay the bacon on top, add top bun, and finish with maple pumpkin jam
