- 1 16-oz pkg bacon, cut in half
- 8 5.4-oz ground beef patties
- 1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 8-oz pkg sliced Colby Jack cheese
- 10 to 12 bakery pretzel buns, halved
- 1.5 cups Barbecue Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Bourbon
- 1 16-oz jar sliced dill pickles
- Crunchy Onion Rings

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle patties with seasoning. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with 2 slices cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
- Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted. Stir together barbecue sauce and bourbon; spread over bun bottoms.
- Serve patties on buns with pickles and Crunchy Onion Rings.
