Ingredients
- 5 pounds Ground Beef, Schweid & Sons Butcher’s Blend
- 2 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 2 Yellow Onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup oregano
- 6-8 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 3 tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Cloves Chopped Fresh Garlic
- 20 Twist Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons salt

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and roll in 1 1/4 ounce balls. Should yield approximately 80-90 meatballs.
- Cook in sauce at 325 degrees F for 2 1/2 – 3 hours.
