Ingredients
- 4 Schweid & Sons The Katana Blend Burger Patties
- 1 (8-oz) Brie Wheel, sliced
- 1/2 cup Peach Jam
- 4 Brioche Buns, toasted
- 8 Slices Bacon, cooked
- 1 cup baby arugula
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze

Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Add Schweid & Sons Burger patties and grill for about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until reaches desired doneness.
- Top patties evenly with brie and cook until melted, about 1 minute.
- Build the burger: Spread jam on both sides of the buns. Top each bottom bun with cheesy grilled patties. Layer with bacon, arugula, balsamic glaze and bun lid.
- Serve and enjoy.
