Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Add Schweid & Sons Burger patties and grill for about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until reaches desired doneness.
  3. Top patties evenly with brie and cook until melted, about 1 minute.
  4. Build the burger: Spread jam on both sides of the buns. Top each bottom bun with cheesy grilled patties. Layer with bacon, arugula, balsamic glaze and bun lid.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
