Freehold Burger
- 6 Ounces Schweid & Sons C.A.B. All American
- Rosemary Salt (to taste)
- 1 Dollop Burger Sauce
- 1 Handful Pickled Onions
- 1 Slice American Cheese
Rosemary Salt
- 4 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
Burger Sauce
- 5 Cups Mayo
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup French's Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- salt & pepper (to taste)

Freehold Burger
- Season Burger with rosemary salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cook to order and melt American cheese on top.
- Serve on Balthazar bun with bibb lettuce, pickled onions, and a dollop of Burger sauce.
Rosemary Salt
- Flash fry rosemary and drain excess oil. Combine with Kosher salt and set aside.
Burger Sauce
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve sugar in Worcestershire sauce with a whisk.
- After sugar dissolves, add remaining ingredients and whisk until fully combined.
