Ingredients
- 4 Schweid & Sons The Prime Burger Patties
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce plus more for brushing patties
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 4 cups Shredded Purple Cabbage
- 1 Carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro plus more for garnish
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- Salt to taste
- 4 Sesame Seed Buns, toasted

Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and sriracha in small bowl. Set aside until ready to use.
- Toss cabbage, carrot, cilantro, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in large bowl until coated. Season with salt to taste. Set aside for topping patties.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Add Schweid & Sons Burger patties and grill about 5 to 6 minutes per side, brushing with chili sauce occasionally, until reaches desired doneness.
- Build the burger: Spread mayonnaise mixture on both sides of buns. Top each bottom bun with glazed grilled patties. Layer with cabbage mixture, cilantro and bun lid.
- Serve and enjoy.
