Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and sriracha in small bowl. Set aside until ready to use.
Toss cabbage, carrot, cilantro, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in large bowl until coated. Season with salt to taste. Set aside for topping patties.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Add Schweid & Sons Burger patties and grill about 5 to 6 minutes per side, brushing with chili sauce occasionally, until reaches desired doneness.
Build the burger: Spread mayonnaise mixture on both sides of buns. Top each bottom bun with glazed grilled patties. Layer with cabbage mixture, cilantro and bun lid.
Serve and enjoy.
