SOBEWFF 2018 Burger Bash Recap

Yet another wonderful Food Network and Cooking Channel South Beach Wine and Food Festival has come to a close, and that means that the winner of the Heineken Light Burger Bash Presented by Schweid and Sons Hosted by Guy Fieri has been crowned! While all of the participants were fantastic, this year’s winner of the Very Best Burger Award is Chef Alex Guarnaschelli’s Manhattan-based restaurant, Butter, for their Two Mikes Burger, which starts with one of our own All Natural Burgers and is then topped with American cheese, pickled Sunchoke relish, and a bacon onion jam.
