How To Make A Badda-Bing Burger — Recipe

The only thing we love more than a good Burger is a passionate Burger lover. Someone who isn’t satisfied with a mere frozen patty dug out from the depths of cold storage. Someone whose ears perk up when they hear words like “stacked high” or “smothered.” Someone who just gets it, you know?

Westchester Magazine recently ran a Burger recipe contest on Facebook in conjunction with the Westchester Wine & Food Festival, which will be taking place this week from June 8-12. As the proud official beef sponsor of Burger & Beer Blast (June 9—don’t miss it!), we were happy to offer up some goodies and the spotlight to whoever submitted the Burger recipe that made us drool the most.

Enter Joe Nunziata, a passionate ad man from Pelham Manor, NY. He shared possibly the most Italian Burger we’ve seen to date, aptly named the Badda-Bing Burger for its savory garlic (the “Badda”) and hot cherry pepper (the “Bing”) toppings. So the next time you find yourself having to decide between serving up classic American Burgers or Italian comfort food, fuggedaboutit! Go for the combo!
