- 1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons Katana Blend Burger
- 1 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze
- 1 tsp Pickled Ginger
- 1 tsp Sliced Daikon
- 2 tbsp Shredded Green Cabbage
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 1 Sesame Seed Brioche Bun

Instructions
- Lightly toast the inside of the bun. Set aside.
- Lightly season Burger with Kosher Salt.
- Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will yield medium rare).
- Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Sliced Daikon, Burger, Teriyaki Glaze, Pickled Ginger, Top Bun.
- Enjoy!
