These were so, so good! I used the air fryer & it took about 12 min total for all 4. They stayed super juicy, but didn’t get too greasy!

Super yummy burger. I cooked it on a George foreman and it had a ton of fat/grease run off. The burger was extremely juicy and was a hit with both my husband and I. The price is a little steep for burgers, but if you’re looking for a quality, good tasting burger - look no further!

Burger Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add flour; cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add ale and milk, whisking until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
  2. Gradually whisk in cheese and hot sauce until cheese is melted.
  3. Meanwhile, shape Schweid and Sons beef into 6 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
  4. Serve patties on rolls with tomatoes, cheese sauce, and onion rings.
Onion Rings Instructions
  1. Bake or fry onion rings according to package directions.
