We had these delicious patties for dinner as burgers and we devoured them. Perfect sized patties! Very flavorful and juicy. The chuck and brisket blend makes for a great tasting burger. I would definitely try these again.

I was thoroughly impressed with these burgers! Spent some quality time with the family grilling out. These burgers were plump and while they did shrink some when cooked (to be expected), the definitely retained their thickness and juiciness!! So good! Can't wait to go out and get more!

Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add flour; cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add ale and milk, whisking until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
Gradually whisk in cheese and hot sauce until cheese is melted.
Meanwhile, shape Schweid and Sons beef into 6 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
Serve patties on rolls with tomatoes, cheese sauce, and onion rings.

Onion Rings Instructions

Bake or fry onion rings according to package directions.
