I tried the Katana Wagyu burgers which have a richer flavor and a higher fat content, and the quality of the burger was Amazing and the burger stayed plump and juicy even after a thorough cooking (I like my burgers MW). One patty was enough to fill me for lunch and dinner - Fabulous! I would buy again! #qualityburger

Amazing and highly recommend to try! They are a great price and great value for it! I would say to maybe add a few of your favorite seasoning throw it on the grill and waaaaaa la ready to eat

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season patties lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar.
  2. Grill patties, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top with cheese, and grill 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread mixture on buns. Serve burgers on buns with tomato and lettuce.
