Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp grated sharp white Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried crushed rosemary
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 5.4-oz fresh ground beef patties
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large red leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato (sliced)

Instructions
- Combine cheese, rosemary, and pepper. Sprinkle burgers with salt.
- Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink, topping with cheese mixture during last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve burgers in lettuce leaves with tomato slices; sprinkle with additional rosemary, if desired.
