- 4 5.4 oz Schweid and Sons Burger Patties
- 1 tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 4 slices Fontina Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 4 Hamburger Buns, split & toasted
- 4 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
- 1 Tomato, thinly sliced

- 1 32 oz Package Frozen French Fries
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, minced

Main Dish Instructions
- Sprinkle patties on all sides with pepper and salt.
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in centers. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, basil, and lemon zest; spread over cut sides of buns.
- Top with patties, lettuce, and tomato.
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake or fry French fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook garlic in hot oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat 30 seconds.
- Drizzle over hot fries; toss. Sprinkle with parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
