Ingredients
- 6 Schweid and Sons 5.3 oz Burger Patties
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
- 8 oz Package of Shredded Lettuce
- 6 Hamburger Buns

Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season patties lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top with cheese, and grill 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.
- Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread mixture on buns. Serve burgers on buns with tomato and lettuce.
