- 2 Schweid and Sons 3.2 oz Burgers
- 2 Waffles, follow box instructions
- 3 slices Bacon
- 2 slices Cheddar
- 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Harissa powder

Instructions
- Make Harissa Honey Butter by combining softened butter, honey and harissa powder. Set aside.
- Prepare waffle mix according to packages. Set aside.
- Cook bacon strips and set aside.
- Cook Schweid and Sons Burger patties to desired doneness. 2 minutes per side on high heat should yield a medium rare Burger. Add cheddar cheese after the flip and let melt.
- Cook waffles in a waffle maker until done. Spread Harissa Honey Butter on each waffle while warm so the butter melts into the waffle.
- Burger Build: bottom waffle, 2 Schweid & Sons Burger patties with cheddar, Bacon slices, top waffle. Enjoy!
