  1. Make Harissa Honey Butter by combining softened butter, honey and harissa powder. Set aside.
  2. Prepare waffle mix according to packages. Set aside.
  3. Cook bacon strips and set aside.
  4. Cook Schweid and Sons Burger patties to desired doneness. 2 minutes per side on high heat should yield a medium rare Burger. Add cheddar cheese after the flip and let melt.
  5. Cook waffles in a waffle maker until done. Spread Harissa Honey Butter on each waffle while warm so the butter melts into the waffle.
  6. Burger Build: bottom waffle, 2 Schweid & Sons Burger patties with cheddar, Bacon slices, top waffle. Enjoy!
