Seared nicely on outside surface while retaining a hot pink on the inside. Beautiful smoke coming off during grilling. Will be buying these again.

We put them on the grill and it still came out tasting great. 4 of them come in a pack but they are pretty good sized (thick). with the price was a little cheaper but I will definitely pay the price for good, quality meat.
