Not what I expected! I've tried several grocery store burgers and was always displeased with the taste, texture and quality. Then I found Schweid & Sons, on sale, and bought a package of the prime burgers, expecting another "just OK" burger. Well, I was amazed - I live for cheeseburgers with a few other things on the side, these are the best tasting burgers (especially of those available at Publix) I have had since the 80's when we had meat markets (they seem to have gone the way of independent pharmacies). Anyway, I just had to praise the burgers - you need to try them, you will love them when cooked over a fire! I prefer mine on a Ciabatta roll - unbelievable combination. Try it!

The Prime Burger is the best burger I’ve ever grilled on high heat for 3 minutes on first side and 5 minutes on the second side for a warm red center. Simply seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides cooked on olive oiled griller skillet.
