first of all, these patties come HUGE! you could definitely make two burgers from one patty round. the meat was fresh and delicious. they're thick so they do take some time to cook. I have mine medium and then the other have of my moms the next day, which was well done and both were delicious. I also didn't feel icky the way meat sometimes makes me feel. I was satisfied but not over stuffed and didn't suffer any indigestion! some meat makes me feel like a brick is in my gut. this did not have that effect. so good.

Oh my gosh....this burger was delicious!! I made some burgers for my husband and I & boy where they good. The meat was so flavorful just on its own. We added some salt and pepper but I could taste the high quality of the meat. I will definitely be repurchasing these & maybe trying out some of their other cut of meats.

Burger Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add flour; cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add ale and milk, whisking until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
  2. Gradually whisk in cheese and hot sauce until cheese is melted.
  3. Meanwhile, shape Schweid and Sons beef into 6 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
  4. Serve patties on rolls with tomatoes, cheese sauce, and onion rings.
Onion Rings Instructions
  1. Bake or fry onion rings according to package directions.
