Geoffrey Zakarian is a chef, a foodie, and a father. When he isn’t home celebrating the culture of food with his family, he is attending to his restaurants: The Lambs Club, The National, Ocean Blue, The Palm Court, and The Water Club at Borgata. He is a Food Network favorite on the hit shows Chopped, The Kitchen and Iron Chef and is the Chairman City Harvest’s Food Council. He is a man of many talents, but eating burgers is definitely at the top of that list.

What is the one Burger you’ve always wanted to try but still have not: Bobby Flay’s.
The secret to making a great Burger: Large grind, plenty of fat and kosher salt.
Under no circumstances whatsoever, what should NEVER be put on a Burger: Anything pressing it down with weight.
If you could have a Burger with anyone alive, or dead, fictional or real, who would it be and where would you take them: I would take Milton Friedman to P.J. Clarke’s.
