How To Make The BBP Dallas Burger — Recipe
Sometimes the places we live offer us the greatest inspiration when it comes to food. So much so that our Burgers take on the regional and cultural flavors they’re based on. This premise is proven especially true by the Dallas Burger from Bobby’s Burger Palace.
Featuring tangy coleslaw, spicy Monterey jack cheese, sweet pickles, and smoky barbecue sauce on a Schweid & Sons Certified Angus Beef ® brand Butcher’s Blend Burger, this Burger will take you right back to the Lone Star State. Yeehaw!
- 6 oz Schweid & Sons CAB Butcher's Blend
- 1 tbsp Cole Slaw
- 1 slice Monterey Jack Cheese
- Sliced Pickles
- BBQ sauce
- Sesame Seed Bun
- Potato Chips (optional)
- 1. Cook Burger to order (we recommend cooking to medium rare for a juicier, more flavorful Burger).
- 2. Add slice of Monterey Jack Cheese to Burger just before it finishes cooking and let melt.
- 3. Place Burger on Sesame Seed Bun and top with Cole Slaw, Pickles, and BBQ Sauce.
- 4. Add Potato Chips for a satisfying crunch.
- 5. Serve with a pickle and a handful of fresh cut fries, and enjoy!
