I really enjoyed these incentivized burgers for dinner last night. We made them on a grill, and were juicier compared to the others I tried. I don’t eat burgers too often, but it’s nice and easy when you entertain or have people over. The Katana blend is made from Wagyu beef, no added hormones and antibiotics. The Wagyu (Japanese) beef is superior compared to the others, due to the strict diet guidelines followed to feed the cattle. It was great to see that even my 2 year old-picky toddler enjoyed this meal ❤️

Easy to cook instructions. Tasted delicious considering I didn’t time it. Not a bad price for a quality burger. I really enjoyed the taste and that it didn’t feel heavy on my stomach when I ate it. Would definitely purchase again. Lightly season it or it will taste overly salty!

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season patties lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar.
  2. Grill patties, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top with cheese, and grill 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread mixture on buns. Serve burgers on buns with tomato and lettuce.
