How To Make A Bacon Cheddar Burger — Recipe
As the winter creeps on and the days grow colder, hunger for a hearty and soul-warming Burger grows. That’s where Sarah Street Bar & Grill comes in. Their Bacon Cheddar Burger is piled high with flavorful, melted cheddar cheese, garlic pickles, lettuce, tomato, and crispy applewood smoked bacon. All of this on a Butcher’s Blend Burger, will surely keep you warm during those January nights.
We got the scoop on this Burger build so we could share it with all of you to make at home. Enjoy!

- 8 oz Schweid & Sons Butcher's Blend
- 2 strips Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce
- tomato
- Garlic Pickle (sliced into medallions)
- Brioche Bun
- 1. Cook bacon until crispy. Tear lettuce into leaf and slice tomato.
- 2. Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side for medium rare, on high heat).
- 3. Place slices of cheese on Burger and steam to melt.
- 4. Assemble Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger with Cheese, Bacon, Pickles, Tomato, Lettuce, Top Bun.
- 5. Enjoy!
To steam melt cheese while it's on the Burger, add a few splashes of water to grill around Burger and quickly cover with pot lid for about 30 seconds.
