Just when you think you’ve seen everything in the known Burgerverse, a place like Uncle Sam’s Burgers comes along and challenges everything we’ve come to accept that is Burger. Coming to NYC all the way from Beijing, Uncle Sam’s Burgers uses bold Asian flavors to create unique take on the classic American Hamburger. You make think you’ve seen something like this but trust us, this is a new world for Burgers.

To give people a really deep look into the level of culinary creativity behind the Uncle Sam’s Burgers, Chef Sean created 4 off-menu Burgers each themed off the native cuisine of a different Asian country. Those Burgers will be available 1 per week for National Hamburger Month 2016. That means they are only available for 7 days each.

Unless you were one of the limited few people who were able to attend The Twisted Burger Experience during NYC Burger Week where for 1 night only, all 4 were served. Each Burger was served along with a presentation about the inspiration behind each Burger. If you are curious to try these yourself, best to get yourself to Uncle Sam’s Burgers immediately!

To celebrate National Hamburger Month, Uncle Sam’s Burgers will be creating and releasing a series of special Burgers. Each Burger will be available for 1 week only. But, if you attend the Twisted Burger Experience, you’ll be able to sample all 4 in one sitting. This event will only take place one time so don’t miss out!

The Burgers:

• SAMbaga Wakamee
  • Wakamee Seaweed, Sesame Dressing, Red Pepper, Pickled Ginger, Shrimp, Creamy Jalapeno Dressing

• Rub my Belly
  • 5 Spiced Rubbed Pork Belly with Pickled Onions, Arugula and a Soy BBQ Sauce

• Thai Me Up Burger 
  • Coconut Milk, Red Curry Paste, Sautéed Mushrooms, Basil, Red Peppers

• Bun Mi Burger
  • Pickled Vegetables, Honey Ginger Dressing, Napa Carrot Slaw, Vietnamese Dressing

You’ll also get an order of Uncle Sam’s Fries to snack on while your tasting the Burgers. Wash it all down with a selection of fountain sodas and iced teas.
