2. Add the Schweid and Sons Butcher’s Blend Ground Beef and ground pork and cook until browned. Break up the meat as it cooks.
3. Pour in the sauce and add in salt, pepper, garlic powder and sugar. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will start to thicken.
4. Once the Bolognese sauce reaches your desired consistency, stir in the heavy cream and remove from heat.
5. Serve over pappardelle or wide noodles and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
