Instructions
Rinse scallions and cut into 1/8 inch pieces. Set aside.
Combine Mayo, Sriracha, and Scallions in a bowl. Set aside.
Cook Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will usually yield Medium Rare).
