Add three Schweid & Sons Italian Pork Sausage Breakfast Patties.
Cook 4 minutes each side or until browned. Remove from heat once done.
Heat the oil in the cast iron skillet and put on medium high heat. Once it is hot, carefully add the potatoes and cook for 6 minutes stirring occasionally.
Then add the bell peppers and continue cooking for an additional 8 minutes or until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Move potatoes to the side of the skillet and add back the Sausage patties to warm up.
In a separate skillet, add butter a pan to melt.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl with milk and scramble.
Once butter is melted and spread across pan, add eggs and gently mix with a rubber spatula.
Once cooked to your liking, remove from skillet and add to your cast iron skillet for a full breakfast!
