Shape beef into 6 patties; sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Cook in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Melt butter in skillet; add shallots, and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 1 minute. Serve sauce over patties.

Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl.
Coarsely chop large broccoli florets. Add broccoli, kale, pomegranate seeds, and sunflower kernels to mayonnaise mixture; toss.
