Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together bell peppers, corn, onion, oil, and salt on a rimmed baking sheet.
Place burgers on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Press chips into tops of burgers.
Bake 20 minutes or until vegetables are beginning to brown, stirring once, and burgers are done. Stir tomato into vegetables.
Spread avocado over burgers; top with cheese. Serve with salsa.
